Background/Experience:
Andrew Brogan is a conveyancer at Versus Law with over five years’ experience in residential conveyancing. He acts on a wide range of matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Andrew enjoys the variety that conveyancing brings, with no two transactions ever being quite the same. He particularly values the problem-solving aspect of the role and takes pride in being approachable, organised, and proactive throughout each matter.
Clear communication and practical advice are central to Andrew’s approach. He understands that buying, selling, or remortgaging a property can often be a stressful process, and he is committed to supporting clients as much as possible while progressing matters efficiently and maintaining a high standard of client care.
Outside of work, Andrew is married to his best friend and spends much of his spare time with their dog, Rupert, who is very much treated like a child. He also enjoys football and travelling whenever he gets the chance.
