Alisha recently joined Versus Law’s new flight delay department as a Fee Earner in March 2019. Since joining, Alisha has also helped with the legal software development, marketing and customer service to help progress the department.
Previously, she worked for a firm dealing with flight delays, payment protection insurance and packaged bank account claims, specialising in flight claims. Alisha has 2 years’ experience working in this relatively new industry, including training and managing new members of staff.
Alisha’s day to day duties include, providing an excellent level of service as a priority whilst speaking to new and existing clients and vetting new claims. Case handling from the initial enquiry, up to and during Litigation until a settlement is received. Additionally she has been involved in Legal Software development ensuring that all Fee Earner’s duties can be fulfilled as accurate and promptly as possible.
